On 26th Sep. 2025, a 10T disassemble yard ramp finished installation at our customer’s warehouse in Malaysia. Customer tested with fork lift after assemble the 3pcs together and quite satisfied with the ramp LGD-10.
Compared with standard mobile dock ramp, this disassemble ramp has some difference, here is compare details, hope to help you know more about the different design.
- Standard mobile yard ramp is one-piece, overall size 11400*2100*1100mm, need to ship by one 40ft container. While this ramp for Malaysia is composed by 3 pcs.
- Standard yard ramp has two pcs of hydraulic cylinders and 2 wheels, its height is adjustable by the manual handles on side of ramp. While this forklift ramp for Malaysia has no cylinders and its height is adjustable by adjusting height of the legs.
- Function of both design is same, while the 3pcs design of ramp is suit for limited site space, in Malaysia site, you can see there is not enough space for standard ramp to turn around, client prefer to move them piece by piece with forklift.
