During early September, we have a fully caged hydraulic cargo lift installed in Vanuatu.
This freight lift will be used in client’s newly build warehouse.
Before lift is installed, customer’s warehouse is under construction, here is picture of site. We designed a hydraulic cargo lift with capacity 1000kgs, table size 2000*1800mm for them. To ensure 100% safety, there is fully enclosed cage protection for the cargo lifter. 125% safety ratio is our standard design for any lift that made by LGLIFT.
After installation, lift looks great. There is a 4225mm travel height between ground and the mezzanine. Actually this travel height could be slightly adjusted per site condition, we will reserve 150-200mm extra stroke in case there is any difference when installation comes.
Client is quite happy with our lift after test run and they indicate installation of this freight elevator is quite easy which was beyond their expectation.
